The Little Book of King Cake is the story of Miley, a third grader who has to bring a king cake to school. But what king cake should she bring? There are so many types to choose from, it makes her want to cry! With the help of a giant, flying baby and a team of talking pastries, Miley visits some of New Orleans’ favorite bakeries searching for the perfect king cake and hoping to discover the answer to that most important of Mardi Gras questions: what makes king cake special?
